How to request deletion of your Rent Ledger account and data

If you would like to delete your Rent Ledger account and associated data, you can request this at any time — whether you are a property owner or a watchman/staff member, and whether or not you still have the app installed.

We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm once it is complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your personal profile information (name, phone number, email)
• Your access to any properties or accounts you were connected to

What May Be Retained

Where you are a property owner, we may retain anonymized financial and rent-payment records connected to your properties for a limited period, for legitimate business record-keeping and legal compliance purposes, even after your account is deleted. This does not include your name, phone number, or other personally identifying information once deletion is complete.
